Payment Guidelines

We accept payment through major credit cards such as VISA and MASTER. However, it may take a few days for payment clearance whereas your visa needs to be approved as soon as possible. Thus, in case you do not want to send your credit card information to us, as well as fill in the credit card authorization form, scan your passport,ect, there are also a few alternatives for you listed below:

1. Paypal: International Money-Transfer Networks: Our account information athttps://www.PayPal.Com as follows: salesvietnamvisa@gmail.com

2. Western Union: We can accept payment through any banks worldwide using Western Union service. We will send you our receipt details and then will need the control number from you in order to finalize the receipt of payment.

3. Bank transfer: Bank transfers can be made from your bank account abroad. We will provide you with our bank details at the time of booking confirmation .

Notes:

· After completing the payment for the visa processing service, you are kindly advised to send us (salesvietnamvisa@gmail.com) the detailed payment receipt. Based on that receipt, we start processing the visa related procedures for you. And after 2-3 working days (applied for normal service) or 1 working day (applied for urgent service), we will send you the visa approval letter with code. Then you can get your visa stamped at the Vietnam International Airports or at the local Vietnam Embassy accordingly.

· The fee that you pay us is the fee for visa processing service ONLY. When picking the visa stamp up at the arrival airport or at the local Vietnam Embassy, you are required to pay for stamping fee. Please go into http://www.myvietnam-visa.com/pricing.html for detailed pricing information.

· When paying through Western Union, you will be charged a couple of dollars for the sending fee.
